One fix: you need to add “ref” before the two return arrays:

matlab.GetFullMatrix(“resultMatrix”, “base”, ref resultArrayReal, ref resultArrayImg);

Well your not wrong, over there in the USA regulation is going to be your biggest stumbling block.

The USA is getting to be two of three years behind the rest of the world in NAS integration and rule making.

Remember multirotors are not very efficient so short flight times at low level. EPP flying wings are probably what you should be thinking about. Not as sexy but much better value.
