Required software:

• Installer package (.exe; .cab)
• Microsoft Voice Command 1.6 (purchase / upgrade)
• Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5 (Windows XP) / Windows Mobile Device Center (Vista)

Installation instructions:

1. Download and run the installer package.  Do not change the default install directories.  (1a) If installing with your device connected to a desktop machine, download as (.exe).  This requires the use of Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5 or Windows Mobile Device Center for connectivity.  (1b) If installing directly to your device, download as (.cab).
2. Microsoft Voice Command 1.6 is required to tag photographs using voice commands.  If this software is not currently intalled on your device you can purchase it following the link above, although this is not an absolute requirement of the imaging application.
3. To launch the imaging application: Start->Programs->Project54.

Tested Windows Mobile 6.0 devices:
